Service Description
One to one support is the fastest way to improve your wellbeing. Please schedule your next session around your daily commitments. Freedom and choice are vital components of your therapeutic journey. You can choose an appointment time to suit you, and you can rearrange your session with 24 hours or more notice at no charge. Remember, if you cancel in under 24 hours a refund will be offered only in exceptional circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact me at least 24 hours in advance and you will be eligible for a full refund. For shorter notice cancellations please email me at helen@helentravis.com. If I, the therapist, have to cancel for any reason a full refund will be offered and as much notice as possible will be given.
