Service Description

This is an opportunity for us to meet online. You will be able to ask me any questions you might have about therapy, embodiment, person-centred counselling and my approach to supporting you. It's also a great way to get a feel for what work we can do together and most importantly for you to decide whether I am the right practitioner for you.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact me at least 24 hours in advance and you will be eligible for a full refund. For shorter notice cancellations please email me at helen@helentravis.com. If I, the therapist, have to cancel for any reason a full refund will be offered and as much notice as possible will be given.
