As a therapist with over 12 years experience, I understand the unique challenges this work presents. My passion project is self-care. Since the beginning of my career, I have wanted to know how we can care for ourselves to offer the best service to others. It is my mission to improve helpers wellbeing. I am skilled at enabling clarity. I can help you to embrace your emotions, connecting to the resources you have. We will strive to work in the present moment, helping you to better understand why you feel the way you do.
I firmly believe that you are the expert in your life and, as such, I do not use an analytical or diagnostic approach. We can work to balance your life, overcome your suffering and relieve your pain.
