I firmly believe that you are the expert in your life and, as such, I do not use an analytical or diagnostic approach. We can work to balance your life, overcome your suffering and relieve your pain.

Embodied counselling creates a space for you to feel emotions in your body. We work with both your mind and your body. Healing your nervous system, resulting in an improvement in your health and well-being.
I blend together psychology and somatic approaches to help you make lasting changes. When difficult life events happen, our minds and bodies can separate. This is part of our biological response to stress. Over time, if this separation continues, it becomes more and more difficult to heal. This is when I can help you.

Audio: great if you don't feel comfortable with video but like to talk.

You can choose and rearrange your sessions through the online booking system. I developed this so our work together fits into your life. I only work with a limited number of clients at a time. My working hours are flexible so my clients find it easy to get the slot they want.
